Is there a mobile site that tracks flights. One that is easy that I don't have to find out the tail number.
I haven't used it, but have you looked into FlyteSource-Mobile (http://www.flytecomm.com/products/flytesrc_mob.html) from FlyteComm (http://www.flytecomm.com)? Their Mac OS widget works well on my PowerBook.

Is it live?

I believe most, if not all, tracking sites need to be on a slight delay.

Not entirely sure what you are looking for. I use FlightStats:

Delta does it for their flights (using zoomable google maps) if it's one of their flights including satelite images of the ground.

Some of the airlines have mobile sites that let you track a flight on their metal.
