Is it possible to access the KLM lounge with the card? I know that Northwest has a deal with amex and am wondering if it extends to KLM. Airports in specific are London and Amsterdam.

That details the access policy for KLM lounges. The only Amex card that will get you in is: KLM American Express Corporate.
