South - Enterprise Rental Cars at MEM?

On Friday I'm flying into MEM and picking up a rental car from Enterprise.

Is the Enterprise counter in the terminal at MEM, or do I get on a shuttle bus and go somewhere?

You will have to take a shuttle bus. As soon as you exit the airport there are signs for different car rentals. If someone does not come within 20 minutes go back inside the airport and call Enterprise, to pick you up. This has happen several time to me at MEM.
