Making reservations for SNA with p.u. on Nov 22 @ 11:00am with dropoff on 25th @ 7:00 am. Rate for the midsize is $24.99 a day.
Here's the interesting part... if I change the drop off to 3:00 pm or later the per day cost drops to $13.00 a day!! And this pattern follows even if I change the drop off date to the 26th or 27th.
So if I use the car for an additional 8 hrs they drop the rate? Very interesting.
Drop off before 3:00 and the rate almost doubles. Drop off after and the rate is $13.00.
******** Just checked it a day later and it doesn't do it anymore. Either a glitch was fixed or it was a real short special.
