Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - SA CDG-JNB, *A Lounge with Shower?

I have a 12 hour layover in Paris en route to JNB. I plan to go into the city during the day but would like to take a shower before heading on to JNB. I’m traveling in business class, if that helps. Does the SA departure lounge have shower facilities? If not, are there showers somewhere else in the airport that I can pay for?
