Southwest Rapid Rewards - Grouchy

It might be my opinion, but I have had many 'grouchy' Southwest Airline flight attendants this summer.
This is unusual, they have always been so nice.

I haven't seen even one this year on the west coast. Perhaps this is weather-related stress? On the west coast, we don't have weather and we don't own raincoats. :)
