I currently have an AAdvantage and Marco Polo Club account. Is it possible that I transfer my AA miles into my CX account?

Yes (http://www.webflyer.com/programs/mileage_converter/index.php), but you'll lose about 80% of the miles. Far better to use the AAdvantage miles for an award flight on Cathay. Look on the AA forum (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=704377) for lots of ways to add miles to your AA account so you'll have enough for an award.
