This is a longshot, but does anyone remember promotion something like "Get 10,000 Membership Rewards Points for a cruise booking of over $5,000"?
I booked a cruise (3 cabins) for us, parents, and in-laws for a joint 50th wedding anniversary celebration last fall and the time has come to pay for it and the the agent who promised me the extra 10k MR points says he doesn't remember.
Which may be the least of my problems if he doesn't do the payment today since it is due and he has been promising me he would do it for the last week.
I'm really annoyed because I only went with Amex PTS rather than the local agent we usually use for the extra MR points.
