I would call them up and kick up a stink ! Alternatively write a letter to complain about the recent fee hike and their obvious reduction of service. If you play it right they will move you back to the original annual fee (€ 400 vs € 500)
At least I do, when their Centurion Service screws up (which is actually quite often...)
