Asia - Wishlist for an Airport Hotel in Manila

Just realized that Manila does not have at least a 4 star airport hotel. It used to have one near the Centennial Terminal but apparently now closed.

If Manila had a chance to open an airport hotel like the closed one, it would be nice to have an "Arrivals"-like facility where passengers coming in from red eyes connecting to domestic can shower, freshen up and change and somewhere to stay near enough the airport for last meetings, etc to avoid the daytime traffic.

Please add on to this wishlist if you like (or if you think that such an airport hotel is necessary in Manila at all) :)

I'll add to it. As it stands one must travel atleast 15-20 mins to find a decent hotel, and that's if traffic is cooperating. The trip could take much longer with all the recent road/bridge work in and around Makati. It's hard to believe there is nothing upscale left in the area. A 4 or 5 star somewhere nearby (5-10 mins away) would be a dream. Looks like there is plenty available space in Paranaque to accomplish this.
