Have a trip to Saigon coming up and thought we'd try and tack on a weekend to venture out into the Delta for a change. Anyone got any suggestions for a place to base ourselves for a couple of days? Have had a look at the Victoria Can Tho Resort (http://www.victoriahotels-asia.com/eng/hotels-in-vietnam/can-tho-resort) - anyone got any insight on this place? If not, any other recommendations/suggestions are most welcome.
