I've just had an offer of this, with the first year free, I presume because my Coutts card has dropped Airmiles and this one offers them (at 1.3 to the pound).
It includes stuff like lounge access, concierge, companion ticket etc. which I already get with Centurion.
Apart from the 500 miles is there any reason to take this, even for just the first free year?
