Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Which equipment -- 343 or 346 -- for SA 203 and 204?

On my upcoming trip I've got SA 204 (JFK-JNB) and SA 203 (JNB-JFK). The SAA website and my travel agent's itinerary show the aircraft as a 343. However, my seat assignment (row 60+) suggests a 346, according to SeatGuru.

I'm wondering if it's really a 343 or a 346. Perhaps someone who had one of these flights recently can confirm.

Edit note: I see that the SAA website diagram of these plans differ significantly from SeatGuru; both the 343 and 346 have seats in rows 70+. At this point I'm assuming SeatGuru is wrong on their 343 diagram.

In a case like this, I use the *A electronic (downloaded) timetable to check. Even with the ever changing equipment on the CPT/LHR route, that timetable is accurate as long as you keep it up to date.
According to that timetable, SA 203 and 204 are 343's, for any of the dates I have checked.

As far as the seatplan is concerned, seatguru shows the plan from before SAA removed a few rows from the Y cabin to increase the pitch. The SAA website is probably correct (although I must confess never having flown a 343!).
