Is there any way to get the powers that be at Hyatt to reconsider their ridiculous policy of denying Gold Passport credit when the charges are direct billed to a third party?
Not only is this inconsistant with all other major hotel chain loyality programs, it is clearly a disincentive to patronize Hyatt properties.
Any suggestions regarding having Hyatt see the benefits of reconsidering this longstanding annoyance?
