MilesBuzz! - ? on earning miles via patner airlines

Hopefully, this is a simple question.

If I have a FF membership with NW and make a reservation on CO, will I get the 2,000 bonus miles CO is offering for booking online, if I use my NW FF account?

Probably better to post this in the NW forum -- but I would think not. (Generally you have to credit flights to a CO account in order to get CO bonuses.)
