Israel Armi radio (Galatz) had an article this morning in the news about LY considering a deal with the government to give up the monpoly status on most or all its routes in exchange for the government taking charge on all security expenses or the airlines operations worldwide. They said official negotiations on the matter will start soon.
I could not find any printed articles on the net for this issue yet.
