Hertz - Hertz UK: Complimentary #1 Gold enrollment

I was looking at reserving/paying up front for a US car hire, and wanted to take advantage of this offer, as it gets you complimentary extra drivers and enrolment in #1 Gold.

However in clicking through I can't see where it confirms that the #1 Gold membership happens automatically.

Any suggestions/ideas?
