Hertz - Limited Miles?

Ok, really dumb question here.
I am trying to rent a car from Billings Montana, airport code BIL for a three day weekend. Every time Hertz.com spits me out a quote, it also says 150 miles per weekend day and $.20 per extra mile.
Hmmm...where are my unlimited miles I am used to? Am I doing something wrong? Has my account been flagged for something. I am a VERY frequent renter.

It could be a franchise location instead of a corporate and the franchise puts that limitation on their rentals. I'm assuming you're getting a "regular" car and not a premium one that has that limitation everywhere.
No clue, but that's my best guess.

Maybe that is it. I am picking it up from and airport though. Not an HLE. I wonder if I can find a coupon code or something for unlimited. I feel like I am trying to set up a rental from Enterprise.
I do not think that 150 a day will do it for me on this trip.
Try a different CDP, for example AAA SoCAL is CDP#4
My Corporate CDP automatically charges for mileage on one-way rentals. For my upcoming BOS-MHT rental, it's .39/mile. Given that I'll be driving no more than 100-150 miles, it is still cheaper than paying the $100/day rate they want to charge me to have unlimited miles. Try another CDP.
Or, another agency.

Billings, MT is a privately owned location.

That's why I guessed that. You may also not be able to get ZE1 points and run into other annoying little things -- some people have had complaints about a few of the franchise locations being inconsistent in the brand. I'm sure some of them are great, but we only hear about the ones that are problems.
Being Montana, maybe they're concerned that people are renting the cars and then driving all over the state at the higher speed limits, running up the wear and tear on the cars. Or maybe they're the only real option and they can get away with it.

I need to go 200 miles into Wyoming the first day and return the 4th day. That is 400 miles right there of a total of 600 in my contract. Not my kind of margins.
