Hyatt Gold Passport - Anyone else had problems with points on Amex FHR rates?

I stayed at PH Moscow for 2 nights recently, with a total bill of $2,300.

This stay was booked on the Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts rate, albeit I booked it on the Hyatt website using the Amex corporate code because it also seemed to let me add the G3 code to the booking.

The points have posted, and I have only received 1,236 instead of the 10,000 I should be due. This is either a cock-up or Hyatt has decided not to give me any points for the room charge. Has anyone else had problems with points from Amex FHR stays?

They don't always post properly to the account. I've had similar problems with FHR rates booked with the GH Shanghai, GH Hong Kong, and GH Taipei. Just call Gold Passport and straighten things out.

Yes I paid for 2 rooms 3 nights at Hk and only the incidentals posted I sent off a quiery to concierge and they came back that is was a non earning corporate rate.
so I called in with the code and asked if it was a non earner they said no it was an earning rate so i gave them the dates and they fixed it up\

i do wish gp would get their act together and make up their mind!
