Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus - Thai Airways new uniform

Does anyone know anything about TG's new uniform?
I read about them in TG's magazine but the crews are still wearing those old uniforms now......does anyone know when are they changing??
Also, the pic of the uniform I saw on the magazine is different from what I googled. One the crews are wearing stylish T-shirts and one is kinda like formal business clothing. Any idea which is the correct one??

Crew on my BKK-ZRH flight on 24th was wearing the traditional thai uniform on boarding and dinner. Then they changed to the new(i think) business-like uniform and wore that during breakfast and landing.

Haven't they been doing that (i.e., starting in traditional uniform and then changing to a more business-like outfit) for a while? I don't think it's anything new.

The Thai female cabin crew always have and continue to change from the elegant traditional uniform to the standard issue uniform mid-flight. The new uniform is an updated version of the old suit type. They have updated the uniform with new colours and styles. Female cabin crew now have the opton of wearing long pants..although I am not sure if these are permitted on international flights. I have not seen the old uniform for a while now.

I was under the impression that the first link is the new uniform.......I have never seen the other links uniform(looks very ethnic, perhaps it's a TG domestic uniform or one showing off the Queens Thai textiles).
