Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns - StandBy on EarlyReturns Ticket

I was wondering if anyone could clue me in on the standby policies for an EarlyReturns ticket. I'm flying out this saturday evening DEN-PDX, and was thinking of leaving a day earlier if i could. There were no EarlyReturns seats available for Friday. Has anyone had any luck flying standby on an earlyreturns on a different day than ticketed travel? I'm assuming same day standby is ok..

Not sure, but it might help if you are a Summit member, as they can normally change flights +/- one day for no charge.

Per their website, the cost to fly a day earlier or later on a standby return is $100 flat. This fee is waived for Summit members.

what about same day standby? is their a fee for this? i know that thru United their is not.

There is no fee to standby same day, even on an award ticket. I did it in LAX last month.
