Sixt - Difference in Sixt Web Rental Rates

I'm looking into renting a car in France and have noticed a huge difference in rates quoted on SIxt's USA, Worldwide and France sites with USA being considerably lower. For example, the same car rented through the worldwode site costs $436 CDN and gives 1750 km that you can get through the USA site for $220 CDN with unlimited km.

Can anyone book through the US site even though it says for US citizens?
