KLM Flying Dutchman - KLM Branded ticket counters anywhere in US?

Does KLM operate their own counters anywhere in the US, or only together with NW? I was hoping maybe JFK or IAD would have a KLM counter, where I can deal with them instead of the NW idiots...

JFK's ops at T4 are provided by Swissport agents who are, IME, worse than NW employees.

I have driven to YVR (from SEA) to make changes at the KL ticketing desk there. I believe they're actual KL employees.

IIRC the ones that man the KLM desks in YVR also work for some other airlines (SQ?). I'm not very sure, but they are pretty knowledgeable.

Why on earth would you want to drive a long distance to be helped by KLM employees?
Find yourself a decent travel consultant and I'm sure you'll get all the service you require - also for other airlines.

I feel the same way as you do, but the other way around.
I wish there would be NW staff in AMS to deal with. I would
not want to call them names as you, there are unqualified
people working at any airline, any company. But in general
I have found NW staff to be a notch above their KL
counterparts.
