Hilton HHonors - Best way to send "thank you"-letter

I have stayed in a property for a longer period (Hilton Weimar). The staff treated me very well during the whole time.

What is the best way to thanks? Does Hilton offer a feedback form that can be used and that gets the appropriate attention? Or should I write a letter and to which address?
Thanks for any suggestions.

My suggestion would be to send an email to hhonors.com and copy the General Manager. The hotel likes to get "credit" from Corporate when they receive complimentary correspondence.

I always call the DD and mention when I am checking out for good. I Ask to make sure that they will get it before I leave, so A, I can check up on it with the GM and B) if you call and stay their a lot, people will go out of their way for you. I called once about how great the night mngr was for helping me out and the GM had it flagged to get him when I checked in the next time, so he could thank me.

I always get the GM's email when I stay at a certain property for the first time. After my stay I sent an email with my compliments and comments. Gets you flagged and may help when you return within a few months. GM usually says something like: contact my office when you make your next reservation.

I agree, send the note directly to the GM, copy the Diamond Desk and Flyertalk@hilton.com
