Hi
Im trying to locate a program that will allow me to enter in all my hotel, car and air bookings. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions for this?

I just type everything into my Outlook Calendar. You can then export it into a number of different formats, if you need it in another program.

I have been using TravelTraker by Silverware (silverware.com) which will synch the palm and desktop. Does not integrate with Outlook, but it a decent program for keeping track of meetings, air, hotel, car etc. Tech support is via email but very reliable.

I used to use TravelTracker, but I gave up on it when I switched Palm devices. I used a different Palm user name on my new device, which required re-registering much of my software. Not a problem with the other 5 or so companies I reregistered with, but Silverware never responded to my request for a new activation code.
Anyway, I found the software really buggy, so it wasn't that much of a loss. Is the company really still operating?

Yes, they are. They just released a new version. I like it OK and am surprised you had trouble contacting them. Scott always gets back to me. Would really like some easier way of having the travel data handy that does not require entering all of the data individually.

The best program I ever found was TripTracker (www.twopeaks.com), for PocketPC and Windows PC. Unfortunately, the company was bought by iambic and it has not yet been re-released. It was a fantastic program though, and as soon as it's re-released I'll be buying it!
