Hilton HHonors - Getting points

I booked a couple of nights at the Beverly Hilton via our travel agent. We dropped a few hundred bucks on room service and dinner.
No points on my account, emailed to clarify, no points as booked via a travel agent........so not even for the dinner etc?
Yes, fax us your account details......they are on the efolio.\
Its like pulling teeth!
Has anyone else had this sort of trouble getting hilton to "honor" their points.
I'm off to the Hyatt in San Diego....never had a problem with them.

I've very, very rarely had trouble with points posting, and when it has been an issue, it's normally the 500 HHonors points AMEX co-brand bonus. Then again, I am pretty aware of the Terms and Conditions (http://hhonors1.hilton.com/en_US/hh/terms.do?brand_id=HH&brand_directory=/en/hhonors/), because that's pretty much what they follow. Some agency rates, etc. do not earn points, on anything. Good luck, in any case.

I have several stays a year paid for by vendors, I get a stay credit and incidental points. I have never had a problem.

I haven't had any problems until my stay last weekend, which is when I first logged into my account and noticed the new layout. Those points didn't post, although the efolio did. I just submitted a missing stay request.

Have you noticed that the page with your point activity doesn't show the dates they posted?
When I log into my account, I really wish I had a screenprint of the last time I checked because there are no dates on the right-hand side under 'dates' and its very difficult to tell if everything is correct. I've noticed since they revamped the view of their website. THANKS!!

I'm experiencing the same exact problem although I intend to wait a few weeks before bringing it to their attention. I'm sure it is a widespread problem that will eventually be corrected.
If this is your first HH stay (or first one recently) just wait...you'll get the points. Sometimes they don't post, however, which is exactly why they have a "missing stay request" form. I find it easier and quicker just to fax a copy of my folio in---I generally find points are posted same-day if I fax early.

I think that it is indeed a problem related to their website changes. I have my efolios posted in the usual time frame but the points are having problems. We can't be the only two people experiencing the problem so I assume that Hilton will slowly fix their website problems. They are certainly aware of the new website problems.

As of the time stamp of this message my points from my May 10-12 stay have not yet posted. Since I checked out one day after you, maybe I can expect the points tomorrow.

I had a stay last week and my efolio has posted, but no points have posted yet either. I'm glad to know it's a generalized problem -- I was getting ready to submit a missing stay request, but I guess I'll wait and see if the kinks get worked out on their own.

So once again my last stay has not posted nor did the two prior to that. Since the migration to the new site, none of my stays have posted. The previous two where posted manually while on the phone. Today when I called, I was told it is taking longer they are working on it and to wait.

I think its random and also based on how the individual property's post (upload information into the hilton site :confused: ) stays.
My stays from this past Thursday night posted yesterday; Friday night and Saturday night posted late last night/early this morning.
sidenote: When others were stating their elite status was not showing the proper information, mine was fine.

I redeemed from eRewards earlier today and it doesn't seem like the points have been posted yet... in the past, the posted used to be posted in 5 min. Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing since the new UI?

Glad it's not just me. Waiting for my points to post from a May 9-12 stay. Same thing -- eFolio showed up a couple days after checkout.
I called the HHonor Gold Desk in Europe yesterday. Yes, it all has to do with the new website.
They informed me they workign hard to solve the problems, e.g you can not change on-line your Frequent Flyer Number or the preferred frequent Flyer Program. Also there where I have choosen fixed Miles they information in the website shows in my account Flexible Miles.
Let's see if they get it back on track

I called HH customer service yesterday because my points/stay did not post from a May 18 stay. I needed one more stay to reach diamond and wanted to get there before a stay tomorrow night. The agent was very nice and posted the stay while I was on the phone (yeah - I'm finally a diamond). Now it seems that the VIP tier wizard does not work, but at least my points and stay posted.
