LOL. Must be a slow news day on FT. :D

Yes, my job title has changed and the duties have changed...somewhat, but not completely...probably best described as a paradigm shift. I have a new direct-report as well. Regrettably, no pay raise or other considerations, but since the workload did not increase and only shifted, I guess that was fair.

Now you're going to make me find a dictionary to look up esoterica. ;)

congratulations and thank you for your valuable contributions and "lending a hand". like many others, i hope the starwood lurker handle stays with william and not given away to another starwood employee.

I consider the value of flyertalk to be esoteric by nature.

Outstanding flights / hotel stays / deal finds for a significant few.

I love telling people that I took a trip to Cyprus and Athens in business class and stayed at Starwood properties for a mere 10% of what full retail would have cost. ;)
