Hilton HHonors - AMEX points not posting

The HH points I earned from my last AMEX statement still haven't been posted to my account yet. Seems the SPG AMEX (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=693467) is having the same problem.

How overdue? My points posted later than usual this month by a week or so but they did finally post.

I've had my HHonors AMEX for 5 billing cycles now, and I'm still trying to figure out the posting schedule. There seems to be no rhyme nor reason to it. I've checked each paper statement (because it's not easy to find the points awarded on the electronic page at AMEX's website) for the amount of points due, and tried to correlate to my HHonors statements... no go. There is no exact match of points EVER. On the positive side, I'm only 3k points short right now (I've accumulated 51k points, but have only been credited 48k points).

Of course, it doesn't make it any easier that the HHonors statement doesn't show a posting date. :td:

I cannot understand why Hilton does not show the dates when AMEX and other non-hotel related points post. Marriott puts the date down on statements, which makes it easier to keep track of credit card points.
