Hi. I'm so sorry for asking, but what is the quickest way to earn 212 points? Can I purchase this small amount from Hilton directly? Thank you.

You can buy up to 40,000 points per year at cost of $.01 ($400 for 40k points). Minimum purchase is 1,000 points.

If you buy less than 10,000 points, the cost is $.0125 ($12.50 for 1k points)

You also have to be a member for at least 30-days AND have at least 1 stay credit... or be a member for at least 90-days with no stay credit. This prevents abuse (e.g. stolen credit cards or other chicanery).

Or someone could xfer the points to you too. It costs $ to transfer points but if you don't qualify for either of the above that is your only option if you need them quick.

Getting points via other partner or airline transfers can take weeks to set up.
