MilesBuzz! - looking for a carrier

I am travelling from EBB to the states. I am based in Africa now. I have miles with CO, DL, UA, AA. I am looking to try and keep the 2 main miles with CO & DL. I am open to suggestions.

Hi John,

If you're looking to continue accumulating with CO and/or Delta, SkyTeam is your answer. You have the choice of KL and AF for sure ... Continental lets you earn on Emirates as well.

(With UA, you'd be looking at Lufthansa and SAA, with AA, it would be BA.)

Looks like you need to think in terms of one of the big 3 alliances of airlines.

CO and DL are Skyteam.
UA is Star Alliance.
AA is Oneworld.

You need to figure out which alliance of airlines best suits your travel needs. That way you travel on any airline withing the alliance and bank your miles in CO, DL, UA, or AA.

So, begin by figuring out which group best serves EBB, which group best serves your usual destinations, and choose accordingly.
