Asiana Club - Full ICN-NRT. Waitlist/Last minute chances?

I had changed one of my flights to be OZ102 ICN-NRT. Now for some inexplicable reason, my flight was changed again to OZ6602 by SQ. I have a friend confirmed on OZ102 in F and I would rather take OZ102 than the UA operated OZ6602. SQ, who made the change tell me OZ102 has no F period. OZ tells me it is operating with F on the day I need, but it is sold out.
Checking on Expertflyer for the date I need, OZ102 shows absolutely 0 availability in F J and Y. I have an F ticket.
Does anybody have any experience with such situations? I know from personal experience that for NH, F0 means little and often you can find some seats on flight that show 0 availability on any system, including NH outside of the airport.
Has anybody ever seen ICN-NRT 100% full? What are my chances of a last minute opening?
