Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - LO changing its business class

Apparently LO is "improving the comfort" in its long-range business class product.

How do I know? My mother, flying today WAW-YYZ was downgraded to Y, because all or part of the J cabin was not available for seating. LO call centre could only confirm that their 762 and 763 fleet is undergoing some changes in J, but they were not specific.

And, yes, they did confirm that compensation will be offered...

In the meantime, if anybody has more info on the changes, please let us know.

Haha! Here I go correcting myself and stopping a rumour ;-) Further discreet enquiries revealed that tonight's LO 45 WAW-YYZ had a bunch of J seats in an unacceptable technical state... hence downgrading of PAX to Y.

I guess ther may be no major renovations after all. :-(
