Asiana Club - US Based Phone Number

Hi guys, I was hoping someone could post or link me to US based phone number for Asiana, i looked through thier site and found travel offices (CTO's?) and are those the ones I should call?

I am on the HKG-ICN segment and I heard it was sold as Y, C and first come first serve for a seat assignment in F.
