How can I book this...coming up on 9/3 on ITA, but their website won't let me book through fares...any idea how I can book this fare? Not showing up on Expedia (US or UK) or Orbitz. They're an LCC so not sure if they're on any of the regular booking sites, etc.

Tried that...Kayak shows the fare but takes me right to their site (that only lets you book only one leg at a time - WHY do sites do that? GRRRR) and the other one (sky scanner) won't show Istanbul to Spain.

This has nothing to do with Mileage Run Deals and will probably be moved to the Budget forum soon.
You are not going to be able to book a through ticket - this is a point to point LCC. Most other European LCC will not book connecting flights either (a notable exception being Air Berlin I think).
If you want this fare, you will have to book the individual legs - allow plenty of time to connect in Bucharest!!

I'm moving this to the Budget Travel forum as Blue Air doesn't seem to have a mileage program.

If the fare is still available try going through bravofly.com, I used them once to book Estonian Air tix that wouldn't ticket through their site.
Hefty 15 Euro booking fee though.

Am having the same problem. Im getting some really cheap fares BBU-FRA, but cant book the through fare anywhere. The second portion is on Lufthansa while the first segment is on Blue Air. Can I ticket these two airlines on the same ticket? Why does it show up on ITA if it cant be ticketed anywhere?!!

Turkish Air itself is having a fare sale to Madrid and Barcelona. It's not as cheap as $67, but it's not bad (158 Euros r/t). I'm not sure if one way fares are available. Bookable at thy.com

You cannot book Blue Air in conjunction with any other airline.
They are a true LCC, you can only book A to B tickets
Check out my Blue Air experience in this thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=731341)

Are there any full-service traditional airlines that fly out of BBU that you can book on expedia/travelocity, etc?

I don't believe so...:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aurel_Vlaicu_International_Airport
First time I visited Baneasa, in early 2001, Tarom was running some domestic services from there. They stopped soon afterwards, leaving Baneasa to General Aviation (what little there is!) and aircraft maintenance. There was even talk of closing Baneasa at one time...
When I was last at BBU in April 2006 it was still the quiet sleepy little airfield that I remembered from earlier visits... looking at the Wikipedia article it seems like a pretty chaotic place now!
Oh, and of course it's no longer Baneasa. It's Aurel Vlaicu International! I much preferred the old name.
