I tried to find some info on line about it but came up empty. Supposedly it is for "asset management" but most of us are worried it is a just another big bro program. What does this do and can they keep track of my time on FT? ;) I have to install it regardless. It was as I expected....sigh. ;) The Software usage feature of these solutions is usually aimed at deploying software that will be effectively used by users. In large corporations there is usually a very significant amount of deployed idle software - that could simply be reused by the fellow next office, through this feature. I wouldn't fret with profiling how one uses own machine. |
