UA 1K here with over 150K BIS last year. My positive US saga
I was so dreading flying on US as most of my encounters at BDL have been crap.

They told me on a mechanical last year to go home and fly the next day, Thank God it was a UA ticket, so UA endorsed it over to Delta :td: The US club agent would not help at all.
I gave them another chance as AA flys EMB to these places that I had to travel to and unless it is a new EMB 170 I am not flying those toilets with wings.

US Club at LGA *A+* Front desk woman was an angel, flight was delayed a bit. She said she would come and get me when it arrived. :confused: She did!
Holy Cow, I would never get this at a RCC, unless it was the IFL or JFK RCC.
Boarding process is a big *D* , Why not board 1st and Zone 1 not 1 & 2 together on a packed plane.
Flight was OK not much service on a LGA-CLT flight, Glass was always full of water and over a 6 ounce cup for that I say *A*
Same on CLT-BHM, JAN-CLT
My last flight home Sunday was very good, Had an hour at the club enjoyed the Salad for sale, Big Thumbs up for offering this ^, RCC has no food for sale, big :td: .
The CLT-LGA was a newer 319 so we had some video and audio. FA's were stellar never want or needed anything glass was full always, snack basket offered a few times. *A+*
I will fly US again but only from LGA, I don't want to chance BDL again on US.
