Misposted this couple of times at wrong places I believe. Hope it has found its right place.
Just booked my first time ATA flight from PHX to OGG (Maui). Pretty excited about the reasonable price. Still need to figure out how to get to PHX from where I am but that is for later.
But what is it like flying ATA? I have only flown the major airlines. Don't remember if ever flown SWA, maybe once. So is ATA pretty much the same as the mainlines, or what's unique about it that I should prepare myself and DW for? I've read some horror stories but not sure if they are accurate representations of the general situations...
