Midwest - Safe House - Milwaukee
If you're looking for a really unique dinning and/or bar experience you should absoultley try the Safe House (aka: the Spy Bar) in Milwaukee, WI. Located in downtown it is truely one of the strangest places to eat/drink or just hangout for a couple of hours. If you are in Milwaukee just ask a local (or your cabbie) how to get there....otherwise you'll never find the place. 007 fans should not miss. :) !

Is this the place where you need to know the password to get in, otherwise they make you do all kinds of weird stuff? Would Safe House make a good stop on a bachelor party night in Milwaukee?

Yeah, you'll need the password. We were with someone who already knew it so no weird stuff was required. They have hidden doors everywhere, revolving booths that put you in a different bar, and secret exits. Would be a great place for a party I'm sure and I think they cater. Check their website:

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll be in MKE for the first time next week, and always enjoy interesting stops between work. I'll be sure to add the Safe House to my itinerary.
