Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Any recent Ethiopian Airlines experiences?

My wife is looking for an affordable and at least semi-comfortable seat from TLV to JNB later this year and ET's J prices are very attractive. Does anyone have any recent experience with ET?

If you can scrounge some DL miles they have a good rate (60k for J) on LY from TLV-JNB.

I fly ET regularly but have only flown their on their 767's. Business class seats are ok, 2-2-2. They are of an older vintage but certainly good enough given the price. Service and meals are good. ADD airport is small, clean and relatively new. The ET business class lounge can get crowded depending on the number of flight connections but it does provide soft drinks, snacks, and PCs for internet access.

On the one occasion my onward flight was delayed, ET contacted my travel agent before I started my first leg in order to let me know there would be a delay during my trip. When we arrived at ADD, they provided a day room and meals at a good Addis Ababa hotel.
