Can anyone recommend a good way of getting from Madrid MAD to AGP Malaga (or nearby) in Spain?

Are there any low-fare Spanish airlines that people would recommend?

If you're in the city centre, you may also want to consider the TALGO train service - ¤57 and under 4 hours.

If you want to earn some *A miles, have you considered Spanair (JK)?

They often have some good deals if you book ahead although be aware than many fares are non earning so check the fare class before you pay.

FWIW, my most recent experience on JK was very positive. Staff were extremely helpful both in the air as well as on the ground - a much better overall product than their competitors IB.

I'll move this to the Europe forum as you may attract more replied - not that those above are in any way insufficient!

Johnny Rocket,

we have a sticky for LCCs (Budget Airlines) here in BT :)

I think you will find a plethora of suggestions there.
