Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Wlan access in T2 MUC
I have been trying to get access to the wlan T2 network ever since T2 opened but without success. I use a HP PDA and each time I try to log on , I get a password demand from cisco( bizarre)!!! Although I get through in other city lounges!
Has anyone had any similar experiences and found a solution?

This is the MUC airport run hotspot, right?
See: http://www.munich-airport.de/EN/Areas/Consumer/Service/air_lan/index.html
You should be able to setup an account via Swisscon Eurospot if you don't have a mobile T-Mobile account.

Aree you refeering to Public Areas or the SEN Lounge, for the later the free Vodafone access has worked fine without any problems for me on numerous occasions.
Have not been there since Oct 1 st - when they were scheduled to charge - will be there later this week and will post findings.
Cheers

The Vodaphone wireless access was still working fine (and free) last week (Oct. 3)in that lounge.
You link off Vodaphone's home page, get a window that says you are being re-directed, and if you close that and open your browser again, you're off and running.

Not sure if this really answers the question about WLAN access, but about twenty hours ago I used the Vodaphone ethernet in the MUC Business Lounge.
When I plugged in at one of the workstations an announcement about WLAN access being free until August 15 (?) was on the Vodaphone home page. I clicked access internet and was able to open a new window and surfed to my heart's desire.

Thank you for all your help. The problem apparently is unique to PDAs. I use it quite a lot in other SEN lounges and it works fine. Except in Munich: The access is still free, but I use it, I get reconnected to a password logon from CISCO. I have not found the fix. AS anyone seen that logon page at all?
