Budget Travel - Best time to book September flight to Eastern Europe

Hi all,

I am looking at booking a flight for 3 from Chicago to Budapest September 2-10th. I found a flight from ORD - BUD and then Prague to ORD for $1016. I read on another thread that flights for september will generally decrease in a month or so? Is this just for budget carriers?

My fare is on NWA/KLM and it seems pretty reasonable considering the open-jaw.

Any advice? Should I wait, or book now?
