Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Flying KQ (Kenya Airways) in C to CDG - access to arrivals lounge?

We'll be flying NBO-CDG on KQ in Premier World, C class (unless we switch to the LHR flight, see other thread...)

Once we land in CDG, will we be able to access the AF Arrivals Lounge? Not sure what the answer is, since KQ is not a ST airline, but is an AF Parner (AF codeshares this exact flight).

FWIW, I am a ST Elite +, and a NW WC member.
