Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - I lost one of my SEN upgrade certificates

I thought I had seen a thread about this a while ago, but a search did not find it. Is there anyone to whom this has happened and who got it replaced? Thanks.

I don't think so. The text on the back of the certificate is clear about that - unfortunately.

Guess you're out of luck, but you'll never know. Problem is, if you've lost it, you don't have the cert no. as well, right ? If you'd know at least the date / month you received it ... well just call and ask nicely, if they could find out the number. They sure should know, if it was used or not. So give it try - asking doesn't hurt.

Once lost four of them (due to moval) - asked LH Sen line politely, LH could not do anything about it, since M&M is in charge; called M&M, but they strictly refused to reissue certificates.

As far as I understand the systems, LH does not know which certificates are used and which ones are not. That is why they can't reissue. The numbers on the certificate are only checked to see that they have not expired. Otherwise no check against a database of used and unused upgrades.
