The Caribbean - Experiences with The BodyHoliday at LeSport?

We are considering spending a week at the BodyHoliday at LeSport on St. Lucia this coming fall. The size, facilities, and activities look pretty tempting, but reports (especially on TripAdvisor) seem to indicate a strong love-hate relationship about the place. (But, then again, TripAdvisor is not the most reliable of sources...)

Any experiences or opinions about the place? We are looking for an all-inclusive resort that is not very large, has a reasonable level of luxury, and caters mainly to adults.

Any other recommendations in the Caribbean? Jumby Bay looks promising but is it worth the price? We are first time visitors to the Caribbean so we don't really have a strong opinion as to what island to go to...

While I have not stayed at the property I have visited on numerous occasions. You see, I am a St. Lucian and whenever I return home I always visit their Spa and restaurant TAO - It is amasing.

The property is wonderful and I think it fits your criteria perfectly, others may differ.

While I really love St. Lucia, I note that this will be your first trip to the islands so I would love to recommend the follow:

Anguilla - Cap Juluca, Cuisinart Resort & Spa
St. Maarten/St. Martin - La Semana
Barbados - Sandy Lane

Jumby Bay in Antigua is lovely but for that price I would recommend the destinations and resorts above.

I am really pressed for time right now so unable to go into much detail or even search for the links to other related threads but there are numerous threads that relate to the the islands listed above and these resorts.

You may also want to consider posting a similar thread in the Luxury Resorts Forum. You will definitely find some great advice regarding some of the leading resorts in the Caribbean there.
