Hertz - How to fax Hertz?

After a bad experience on a recent rental, I feel the need to get in touch with Hertz re what went wrong. Hertz's Contact Us (https://www.hertz.com/rentacar/customersupport/index.jsp?targetPage=contactUsTypeSelectionView.js p&leftNavUserSelection=globNav_9_1) site offers some options: Email, phone, and mail. Email is certainly great for small issues, but this is more serious, and I'd prefer to send a letter (on letterhead, demonstrating greater formality & seriousness on my part). Mail is OK but slower. Phone does not adequately capture the seriousness of the problem, and I'd prefer a written response to the issues I'll raise.

So: Does anyone have a fax number for Hertz, ideally for customer relations?

Send it in a priority mail envelope.

Trust me, a fax will likely be even more worthless than an e-mail. And remember to be short and to the point. A long diatribe will just have them laughing.
