American Express Membership Rewards - Centurion car rental insurance

I booked a Hertz car rental through CTS last week and I'm surprised to see that the rate is the same than on Hertz website, particularly since the rate quoted on the website includes the whole insurance package that is not necessary since it is provided by the Centurion card.

Is there an error in the booking made by CTS ?

They sometimes seem to use your Hertz profile and if it has insurances selected then those will be applied too.
