1. For travel on Air Canada: Only J, C, Y, M and U booking classes qualify
2. For travel on Air New Zealand: U, E and O booking classes in Premium Economy qualify in addition to those listed above
3. For travel on ANA: S booking class qualifies in addition to those listed above
