I took the train up from near PHL to NYC today. Folks said lots of RJ flights out of PHL were cxl due to weather - wasn't raining all that hard, but they were expecting it to worsen and maybe have high winds too.
A colleague was scheduled for JFK-BTV on DL, DL canceled all kinds of RJ flights out of JFK and she rebooked on JetBlue which apparently was still planning to operate.
