Hertz - M35 at IAH

I'll be renting an M35 in IAH at the end of this month...do you know whether or not this specific model has the cooling/heating front seat feature in them? Also, I ordered never lost, but does this model have a navigation system already installed from Infiniti?

Had one (http://www.flyertalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=682449) last week at LAX -- it had the cooling/heating seats, but did not have Neverlost or factory navigation.

Rented one in PHX a few weeks ago. Vented seats, YES.
Has Neverlost, not factory nav.
